David O’Gorman
David O’Gorman is the Office Lead for the London Ontario office with corporate responsibilities for business development, staff management and client interfaces. David has over fifteen years of progressive experience in project management, contract administration, project co-ordination and engineering design, the last ten years of which have been based in the Greater Toronto Area and southwestern Ontario. David’s experience includes multi- disciplinary engineering design teams, civil and process engineering design, engineering studies and Class Environmental Assessment Studies, contract administration, contract advisory, constructability review, independent review and arbitration, engineering proposals, public communication and coordination with clients, other engineering disciplines as well as corporate level partnerships, sub-consultants, suppliers and regulatory bodies as related to water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
